Please complete and submit with $25 annual fee, made payable to Marian Catechist Apostolate. All current members will be mailed a Membership Renewal near the end of each year. We are unable to pro-rate fees at this time, so all renewals are due by January 1st of each year, regardless of the month in which you join.  Mail your application to the National Office at the address listed above.

I would like to participate in the New Evangelization by becoming a member of the Marian Catechist Apostolate:

___   As a Marian Catechist in Formation, with the intention of completing the home study courses and making the Solemn Consecration as a Marian Catechist:___   Active (teacher, parent, co-worker, neighbor); or ___   Contemplative (prayers, sacrifices and sufferings are dedicated to obtaining God’s blessing upon Active Marian Catechists)

___   As a Marian Catechist Associate, with the intention of supporting the Apostolate through daily prayer, volunteer work, and financial assistance to the degree possible. Associates are not required to complete the courses and are not eligible to make the Solemn Consecration. To join as an Associate, please return this form with your membership fee to the above address. There is no need to complete the rest of this form.

If you hope to become either an Active or Contemplative Consecrated Marian Catechist, please complete the remainder of this form before sending it to the National Office.

___   Commitment stage - Basic & Advanced Courses completed, Commentary on the General Directory for Catechesis (CGDC) completed, implementing the spiritual practices; preparing to make my public Solemn Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as a Marian Catechist.

2. Have you received the Sacrament of Confirmation? (You must be a confirmed Catholic to be consecrated.)

After successfully completing all of the home studies and implementing all of the spiritual practices as described in the Marian Catechist Manual, you are eligible to request to make your Solemn Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. (This consecration is made and renewed annually on a date chosen by the International Director, and according to the guidelines of the Apostolate.)
